Ingredients: Cauliflower

A vegetable with white, edible florets (similar to broccoli) and a green stalk. Cauliflower has a slightly nutty, mild flavor.

May have originated in the eastern Mediterranean region.

The British introduced cauliflower to India in 1822. 

Miniature cauliflower is now harvested and marketed; each head measures approximately three inches in diameter.
