Ingredients: Crab

A type of crustacean. When cooked, the meat is soft and tastes sweet.

Crabs can be found in all oceans, in freshwater, and on land. As shellfish, they are not consumed by members of the Jewish faith.

Climate change has greatly impacted the habitat of crabs across the globe, such as blue crabs native to the Chesapeake Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.
