Ingredients: Green Bean

There is a debate over whether green beans should be classified as a fruit or vegetable. They are long green pods with seeds or beans inside. Their texture is crunchy and flavor is earthy. 

Spanish explorers brought green beans to Europe in the 16th century.

Green bean pods contain significant amounts of water and also protein, vitamin B, vitamin C, and vitamin E.
