Ingredients: Mango

A fruit that has a red, orange. yellow, or green exterior, depending on the ripeness and variety. The interior flesh is orange and surrounds a large, hard pit. Mangos are sweet in flavor.

Originated in the Himalayas of Burma and India.

The Portuguese established a mango trade, bringing them from India to Africa in the 16th century. 

Mangoes are considered the national fruit of India.
