Ingredients: Parsley

A green, leafy herb with either flat or curly leaves. Earthy in flavor and typically used as a garnish. 

Most likely southern Europe.

Romans introduced parsley to England sometime during their rule. 

There are three variations of parsley: curled parsley, plain-leaved parsley (with flat leaves), and hamburg parsley (containing a small root).
