Ingredients: Peppermint

A leafy green herb that has a fresh, minty flavor and aroma. 

Native to Europe and the Middle East, possibly also native to northern Africa.

English colonists brought peppermint to North America in the 17th century.

Peppermint has been used for medicinal purposes, such as aiding digestion, relieving headaches, and freshening breath.
