Ingredients: Plum

Small, round, purple/red fruit that grows on trees. The interior fruit surrounds a pit, and they are slightly sour and sweet in flavor. 

Native to Asia, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and North America. 

English colonists brought cultivated European plums with them to America, where they cross-bred them with the wild plums of North America. 

Dried plums, known as prunes, can help aid digestion.
