Ingredients: Walnut

A type of tree nut with a hard, textured, brown exterior and an edible nut inside. 

Native to North and South America, southern Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

English colonists who settled in New England brought European walnuts with them, displacing wild, native walnut trees. 

Walnuts contain vitamin B, vitamin E, and younger nuts contain vitamin C.
