Watermelon

Ingredients: Watermelon

A fruit with more than 1,000 varieties. The exterior can be light green and/or dark green and the interior is typically a dark pink/ red color. It is grown with or without black or white seeds, depending on the variety. 

Native of subtropical and tropical Africa.

Watermelons were introduced to China in the 10th century, likely through trade with the Middle East. 

Watermelon contain 90% water.
