Family Story
Noodle pudding has been a family favorite for generations. My grandmother, mother, and me and all my sister's have prepared it and enjoyed it for many Jewish holidays. It is universally loved by every person I have ever made it for.
Directions

preheat oven 350 F

cook and drain noodles according to package directions
3 Step
In a large bowl, stir together cooked noodles, 1/4 lb melted butter, white sugar, and eggs.

Add sour cream, cream cheese and cottage cheese and mix together.
5 Step
Put in a casserole pan
6 Step
In separate bowl coat corn flakes with 1/4 lb of butter.
7 Step
Add brown sugar and cinnamon.
8 Step
Cover noodles with corn flake topping.
9 Step
Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
