1 Step

Heat pan on medium high heat

2 Step

Add olive oil, yellow onion, garlic and tomato paste. Let cook until onions are translucent.

3 Step

Add heavy cream and spices. Let simmer. Set aside

4 Step

Boil pasta water then add pasta to pot

5 Step

Cook pasta and strain once finished. Save 1/2 cup of pasta water for sauce.

6 Step

Add pasta and 1/2 cup pasta water to sauce pan.

7 Step

Add 1 cup Parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp of butter

8 Step

Stir until butter and cheese is melted

9 Step

Serve!
